The hotel offers a mix of worn, dingy furniture and new carpet and wallpaper in the rooms, making it an okay place to stay with friends, family, or business. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating while the location is convenient, near Toronto airport, with various dining options close by. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, being too expensive for what you get.

The service is extremely friendly with a good selection of local beers. The hotel location, while near the airport and occasionally noisy due to flights, is convenient for short family stays. The dining options feature a complete buffet at a reasonable price. Despite some cleanliness issues in certain areas, the hotel is overall satisfactory in terms of amenities and value for money.
